Why do you need a kitchen knife sharpener?
The HYIN-FWFU Chef knife sharpener helps you restore your knives or scissors blades quickly and safely to save much pre-cooking time and effort. It's the best choice of chef.
How to use?
Please place the knife sharpener on a stable surface. when using complete one or both of the following steps depends on how blunt the blade is.
✔Scissors Slot：
Open the scissor and hold the handle tightly, then put the scissor blades into the slot, using suitable manpower to clamp the emery roll, and slide the scissor backward for several times.
✔Diamond Slot (Coarse Grinding)：
Hold sharpener on a sturdy surface. Lightly pull the knife through the slot from heel to the point, move in one direction only. Repeat two or three times or until sharpened.
✔Tungsten Slot (Fine Grinding)：
Use this only if your knife is very blunt. Using slight downward pressure, slide from the blade kits heel to its point through the slot. (One direction only, do not move backward and forward. Repeat three times, once per six months or as required.
✔Ceramic Slot(Exact Gringing)：
Always finish off with this step to remove any burrs that result from the re-edging and rough honing process. Without using pressure, run the blade through the ceramic rods five times backward then forward from its heel to its point.
❤You can also use this step on your own to maintain a sharp blade. It's recommended to do it approximately once a week.
Warm Tips:
①No using the knife sharpener to sharpen serrated blades.
②To avoid damaging the knife, please sharpen the knife lightly and don't sharpen back and forth.
③ The ceramic rod may discolor after use, this is normal.
